The joints are surprisingly smooth for a snap-fit kit, and the fantasy-style armor plates add a ton of character. I had it posed mid-swing in under 20 minutes.

Snapping the armor pieces together took me about an hour, and the ball joints in the shoulders give the arms way more range than I expected for a starter kit. Only gripe is that a couple of the smaller hand parts pop off if you pose him too aggressively, but for the price I'm happy.

The customization options on this kit are genuinely fun to mess with, and swapping out the armor pieces kept me busy for a whole evening. My only gripe is that some of the smaller parts pop off a bit too easily when you're posing it.
