HGBF 020 Lightning Gundam

Took my time with this build and the beam rifle and shield combo really sells the whole look—plus the transformation gimmick is way smoother than I expected for a kit this size. The joints hold poses nicely when I’ve got it on the shelf next to other Build Fighters kits.

The articulation on the Lightning Gundam’s joints is surprisingly smooth for the price, making dynamic poses easy to hold. I was a bit worried about the backpack wings being loose, but they snap in firmly and stay put during display.

The backpack connection is solid, way better than some older kits I've built. I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer on a couple steps, but the final poseability makes up for it.
