Explore the MS General Raider of Shadow RS-04 Rabbit Kotobukiya Limited Ver. kit: what's inside, build options, and exclusive color scheme details.
Quick answer
The MS General Raider of Shadow RS-04 Rabbit Kotobukiya Limited Ver. includes an exclusive white and blue color scheme, two build modes (Casual and Armed), four pre-printed face parts, two blank face parts, and decals for eyes and markings.
Why the Kotobukiya limited edition stands out
The Kotobukiya limited edition of the RS-04 Rabbit uses a striking white and blue palette that differentiates it from the original release. This is a visual refresh, not a mechanical change, so if you already own the standard version, the main reason to pick this up is the new color scheme.
Because the kit includes parts for two build modes, you can choose between Casual Mode and Armed Mode without needing a second kit. That flexibility makes it a practical option for builders who want to display different loadouts.
Common questions about the RS-04 Rabbit kit
- What is included in the box?
- The kit includes runners for the RS-04 Rabbit, four pre-printed face parts, two blank face parts, decals for eyes and markings, and instructions for both Casual Mode and Armed Mode. Check that all runners and decal sheets are present before starting assembly.
- Can I build both modes from one kit?
- Yes, the kit provides parts to build either Casual Mode or Armed Mode. You can choose one configuration per build, but you cannot display both simultaneously without a second kit. Decide which mode you prefer before cutting parts to avoid confusion.
- Are the face parts pre-painted?
- Yes, four face parts are pre-printed using tampography, so they are ready to use. Two blank face parts are included if you want to paint your own expression. Use the blank parts if you want a custom look; otherwise, the pre-printed ones are ready to snap in.
- Is this the same as the original RS-04 release?
- The kit is mechanically the same, but the Kotobukiya limited edition features a white and blue color scheme that differs from the original release. If you already have the standard version, this is mainly a color variant. Consider whether the new colorway justifies the purchase if you already own the original.
