The transformation locking mechanism really works — once it clicks into tank mode nothing wobbles, which I wasn't expecting at this scale. Swapping between the two forms takes maybe a minute, and it looks good displayed either way.

I picked this up mainly for the tank mode and wasn't disappointed — the transformation is genuinely clever, not just a gimmick. It holds its shape well once locked in, and the whole thing went together in about half an hour.

The locking mechanism really locks everything into place — the tank mode holds its shape perfectly with no wobbling. I'm impressed by how solid it feels.
