Red 3's marking aside, what sold me was having all the ILM-era X-Wing greys and faded reds in one box instead of hunting through five different ranges. The 1975 SP Daylight Red has the right chalky, sun-bleached tone for screen-accurate panels. Paint flows nicely out of the dropper and covers in two

The 1975 SP Daylight Red is spot-on for my Red 3 build, and having fifteen bottles means I finally stopped mixing my own shades. Coverage is solid, though a couple of the dark greys come out a bit thin on the first pass.
