I built mine over a weekend and the tiny sliding disc tray actually moves just like the real thing. For anyone who owned the original console back in the day, this little plastic kit is a genuinely fun nostalgia trip.

The little disc tray that actually slides open is such a nice touch, way more detail than I expected on something this small. Took me back to being a student again the second I finished it.

The little disc tray actually opens and the memory card slot has the tiniest detail molded in, which surprised me for a kit this size. Took me about two evenings to snap together and it now sits next to my monitor looking like the real thing. Great nostalgia trip for anyone who grew up with one.
