The photo-etched detail is incredibly crisp, and the lack of instructions actually gave me the freedom to place them exactly where I wanted on my 1/100 kit. They really pop once painted and add a whole new layer of realism.

The brass parts look sharp, but at 1/144 scale I found them a bit fiddly to work with—the lack of instructions means you really have to eyeball placement. Still, they do add a nice layer of detail if you have steady hands.
