The cursed death knight silhouette looks even better in person, and the armor plating has that worn, dark fantasy feel I was hoping for. Joints hold poses well, so getting him into a lunging stance didn't take much fiddling.

Posing this guy mid-swing with the cape flaring out is exactly what I hoped for from the cursed death knight look. The mobility in the shoulders makes dramatic stances way easier than I expected for a starter set.

The joints are surprisingly tight for a kit this size, so he holds even the most dramatic poses without wobbling. Building the cursed armor felt like assembling a tiny dark soul.
