1/72 Solaridian (EVA-01 Color)

The color separation on this kit is sharp enough that I barely needed to touch up the shoulder armor. Panel lining the legs took an evening and the joints hold poses way better than I expected for 1/72.

Didn't expect the purple and green to pop this much in person. The kit snaps together clean without glue, and the wings hold their pose when I've got it swooping on the shelf. Panel lines take a wash beautifully too.

The articulation on those shoulder pylons is tighter than I expected for 1/72 scale, and the Eva-01 purple and green pops beautifully once panel-lined. Snap-fit was clean, though I did need a drop of cement on the wingtips to keep them flush during posing.
