The articulation on this little guy surprised me, I got him into a decent spear-thrust pose without any glue. Took maybe half an hour to snap together, which is honestly perfect for a quick weekend build.

Swapping the armor pieces between my two copies took all of five minutes, which is exactly what I wanted from a 30-minute build. The joints hold poses way better than the price suggests, and the extra hands make weapon swaps painless.

Swapping the armor pieces around on this kit is way more fun than I expected. The starter set gives you enough parts to build a couple of different fantasy looks right out of the box. For the price, I've already gotten a few evenings of building out of it.
