I wasn't sure how the misting technique would work, but trying the Caboose Red with a light grey undercoat gave me a really nice maroon finish. The set has ten bottles with different finishes, so there's plenty to experiment with for weathering and details.

The red is interesting because it shifts towards maroon when I mist over it with a light grey, which gave my model a neat weathered look. The set has ten bottles, so I’ve got enough colors for several projects. Only downside is that a couple of the paints seemed a bit thicker than I’d like straight
