Flame Toys Megatron (IDW Decepticon Ver.)

The dour face sculpt is exactly what I wanted for my shelf, it gives him that cold Decepticon stare. Slapping on the insignia sticker took two minutes, but honestly, that tiny detail ties the whole figure together perfectly.

The Decepticon insignia being just a sticker feels a bit cheap for the price, though the new face sculpt does capture that IDW menace. It's essentially the same figure as the Autobot version with a palette swap, so I wish they'd added a new weapon or accessory to make it feel more distinct.
