Plannosaurus 劍龍

The way the plates slide into the spine with a satisfying click made assembly feel almost like a real paleontology dig. I learned more about how Stegosaurus actually stood from its skeleton-first build than from any nature documentary.

Putting the skeleton together first genuinely teaches you how the bones fit before the plates go on top—my kid kept saying "it's like a real fossil dig" while we built it. The plastic pieces snap together cleanly with no glue, and the finished model looks surprisingly sturdy on the shelf.
