Sparmax MAX-3 0.3mm Airbrush

I was surprised how well this airbrush atomizes paint even with my small hobby compressor—the low-pressure performance is a real plus. The 0.3mm needle handles detail work nicely for general use.

The trigger response on this 0.3mm setup is so crisp that I’ve been able to lay down fine lines even with my little pancake compressor running at maybe 15 psi. Atomization stays smooth right down to the low end, which makes shading and basecoats a breeze. Never had to fiddle with the needle chuck on

Even at really low compressor settings, the paint still lays down smooth and even, which is exactly what I needed for fine detail work. The 0.3mm needle and nozzle combo feels precise without being finicky to clean.
